1960s Kromer Polka-Dot Hat

This is a 1960s Kromer Polka Dot Hat, Primarily used by railroad engineers, welders and industrial workers. While the original Stormy Kromer was a heavy wool winter hat, the lightweight cotton polka dot versions (often in red or blue) were designed for warmer environments and indoor labor.
